We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If the product arrives late or damaged, we are not responsible for the costs or replacements.

 

We do not use any preservatives for shelf life. The product is made fresh to order. It is frozen and mailed immedietly after packaged appropriatly. If the pruduct thaws during shipment, it needs to be consumed within 2 days. If the product arrives still frozen, it can be placed in your freezer, but needs to be consumed within two weeks from the date of arrival.
